I am a Concept Designer that has been working in the Entertainment Industry for the last 10+ years. I have worked on designing characters, environments and props for major companies and brands that range from television, commercial and video games. Some of the major brands that I have worked with in the past are Activision, 2K Games, Warner Bros. Media, Lionsgate Films, Framestore, Johnson&Johnson, and Nintendo
My role is to create and collaborate with the development team in order to come up with interesting illustrated designs that match it's game design counter-part. I help manage our concept pipeline by critiquing the work created by the team to make sure our design goals and visual standards are being matched. I also oversee the 2D to 3D pipeline by providing paint overs and any other supplemental elements needed.
I teach a course that covers the various aspects of design for characters, props and environments within a pipeline for games and film. We also learn how to develop IP from a visual stand point, making sure that our design fulfill the needs of story and design.
I was responsible for taking direction from the art director and being able to establish or even further the ideas given to me. I was also responsible for painting textures for production assets and also taking assets into engine to implement and be ready for use in the game project
Created Story Boards, Keyframes, and general Look Development for major brands like Friskies, Pepsi, and Disney. Working directly with directors for major spots for the Super Bowl and in major theaters to create stunning visuals to help sell products and ideas
I worked directly with the art director of the studio to create concepts of props, and environments for major brands like Nintendo, Activision and 2k Games. I would use tools that range from 3d programs like Maya to Photoshop to create visually stunning compositions to depict concepts that would be used by their first party studios. Worked on major titles including Bioshock Infinite and Call of Duty
While working with major brands like Verizon, Activision, Ford, Johnson & Johnson and Burger King, I was tasked with creating keyframes and design boards to pitch and visualize the look of commercial and print marketing pieces.
I was brought on to create look dev for their mobile and facebook games, while under the supervision of the art director and art lead
